We LOVE Montana

Ryan and I "went home" to Montana to participate in my annual "reunion" of college friends at Flathead Lake. Afterward we spent some time in Glacier National Park and also in Missoula. I'll keep the comments to a minimum and try to let the photos speak for themselves!

The Farmer's Market in Missoula is raved about by residents. They grow great produce....and great kids. The produce is relatively inexpensive. But the kids it turns out, are not for sale.

I tried to negotiate with the family, but as you can probably see by looking at them...they know the quality of their offspring and wouldn't budge. I don't blame them a bit. Two beautiful girls are hard to come by - especially when they are so doggone sweet and cute.

Another important aspect of the Missoula Farmer's Market is the live entertainment featuring bluegrass and classical musicians....
....and a variety of interesting animals.
Yes, this dog has indeed been trimmed to mimic a lion. The owner was quite proud of the attention received by the animal, but I must admit that most of us thought it a bit odd.

One of the best things about returning to Montana is the return to old friends. They're not old, but the friendship is. And it's deep too. The best kind of friends to have.

Clearly a good time was had by all. But HOW GOOD of a time was it?
Pretty good. Hey Gabriela....."party....party.....party"!
