Day 1 Headlines:
We spent the AM at the infirmary and were sad to realize that several faces we hoped to see were no longer there. There are about 4 people we "knew" who have passed away since our last trip. Mr Jackson, Pearl, Myrtle, and we believe that Ermina has also passed away.
We had a great converation with the Head Matron and are so thankful that we are making some progress together and hopefully starting to move into a more active role rather together.
We also learned that our friend Gary will likely move out of the infirmary in October to live with his sister.
We're off to cook dinner now and watch a movie on our laptop. Nothing much else going on besides the rooster's crowing at 6PM. Bizarre. Don't they know it's getting dark?
